Project Overview

This exceptional home has undergone a home renovation, transforming it into a masterpiece. To create a functional, open concept living space, our team removed several load bearing walls. A major focus of this renovation was the kitchen – the client requested to have lots of lighting for a grand effect. We designed a new custom kitchen, featuring a natural stone countertop that was also used as a slab for the backlit backsplash. The family room features two custom wall units on both the main and second floors, complemented by Herringbone hardwood flooring in the family room, living room, and throughout the entire second floor. The kitchen, foyer, and main floor hallway are installed with stunning 5 x 10 slabs, creating a grand, luxurious feel. Each bathroom features sophisticated modern plumbing fixtures and 5 x 10 floor-to-ceiling slabs and natural stone countertops. The primary bathroom is designed with a custom made, backlit countertop. We also removed popcorn ceilings and repainted the entire interior of the house to match the new look. Other updates included in the home renovation includes new custom window installation and installing a new, solid wood front door. The entire home remodeling project took 4 months to complete, with all designs handled by Astaneh Construction to truly capture a contemporary, open concept design.
