Project Overview

Astaneh Construction undertook a major renovation project in Richmond Hill starting in October 2021 and finishing just before the Christmas holidays. The project involved upgrading the entire main and second floor flooring to create a more modern look and feel for the home. Additionally, two load-bearing walls were removed on the main floor to create a more open concept living space. The trim and baseboard of the entire house were upgraded to a transitional style, moving away from the traditional look. The entire kitchen cabinet was also upgraded to a custom design with a gorgeous slab countertop. The new kitchen design provides a stylish and functional space for the homeowners to cook and entertain guests. The project was completed in time for the clients to move in and enjoy their Christmas holidays in their newly renovated home. Astaneh Construction delivered a high-quality renovation that transformed the look and feel of the home, while also improving its functionality and livability.
