Project Overview

Astaneh Construction is thrilled to present the Leaside 2 project, a full home renovation and addition in the beautiful neighbourhood of Leaside in East York, Toronto. This project transforms a 77-year-old, 1800 sqft house into a spacious 2600 sqft home, adding about 1000 sqft through a rear extension and a build above the garage. The addition allows for a functional, family-friendly layout with four bedrooms on the second floor, each with its own ensuite bathroom, as well as a laundry room.

On the main floor, we created an open-concept space with a sleek, uninterrupted ceiling, providing an airy and cohesive flow. The renovation also includes a powder room, a mudroom, and a dog wash area for added convenience. Custom millwork cabinetry, luxury stonework, and high-end materials are used throughout to achieve an exceptional level of quality.

The kitchen renovation is a standout feature, designed to be both stylish and functional. Our team collaborated with one of our favourite interior designers to ensure that every inch of the interior reflects the family’s lifestyle and aesthetic. Currently in the committee of adjustment stage, we look forward to bringing this carefully crafted vision to life, confident it will exceed our client's expectations and become an icon in the area.
