Project Overview

This recently completed home renovation in Toronto showcases a refined blend of thoughtful upgrades, luxury finishes, and custom craftsmanship — tailored to meet our client’s lifestyle and design preferences. While some bathrooms were left untouched, we fully renovated the main and second floors, transforming the heart of the home with extensive work throughout the kitchen, foyer, powder room, laundry room, and primary bathroom. The kitchen now features a clean, functional layout complemented by custom tile flooring and premium detailing.

We also updated several areas with elegant tilework, adding visual interest and cohesion throughout the home. One of the standout spaces is the luxury primary bathroom, where we integrated high-end materials and smart features to deliver both comfort and sophistication. The existing hardwood flooring was structurally in good condition but didn’t align with the client’s taste — so we carefully sanded and re-stained it, reviving the entire space with a fresh, modern tone.

We also recapped the staircase from basement to second floor, giving it a fresh new look while preserving the original structure. The powder room was redesigned into a bold, luxurious statement, and we wrapped the project with a full interior repainting to bring everything together.
